Cancellation & No‑Show Policy

We value your time and ours. This policy helps us offer fair availability to all clients and keep the clinic running smoothly. By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms below.
1) Booking & Deposits

A non‑refundable booking fee (deposit) is required to secure your appointment. This is credited towards your treatment on the day.

Bookings are made via Fresha or by direct message; deposits must be paid within the timeframe provided or the slot may be released.
2) Rescheduling
-
You may reschedule once per booking with at least 48 hours’ notice, and your deposit will transfer to the new date.

Reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice are treated as a late cancellation (see below).
3) Cancellations

48+ hours’ notice: you may cancel; your deposit is retained and can be transferred once to a future booking within 60 days.

24–48 hours’ notice: 50% of the treatment fee is due (your deposit will be used toward this).

Less than 24 hours’ notice: 100% of the treatment fee is due (deposit is forfeited).
4) No‑Shows

Not attending your appointment (or arriving too late to be seen) is classed as a no‑show and charged at 100% of the treatment fee.

Further bookings may require prepayment in full.
5) Late Arrival

Please arrive on time. If you are late, your treatment may be shortened to avoid delays for the next client, and the full fee will still apply.

If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule and this will be treated as a late cancellation.
6) Treatment Suitability & Medical Exceptions

Your safety comes first. If on the day you are not suitable for treatment (e.g., new medical information, contraindications, recent procedures), we may decline or modify treatment; standard cancellation terms apply.

Genuine medical emergencies will be considered case‑by‑case with appropriate evidence; we may offer a one‑time discretionary transfer of your deposit within 60 days.
7) Packages, Courses & Vouchers

Missed or late‑cancelled package sessions will be deducted from your course.

Gift vouchers are non‑refundable and must be used by the expiry date; standard cancellation terms apply to bookings made with vouchers.
8) Payment, Refunds & Chargebacks

Deposits are non‑refundable. Treatment fees are payable on the day of service.

We do not offer refunds for completed treatments. Outcomes vary per individual; we advise following all aftercare and booking recommended reviews.

Unauthorised chargebacks may be pursued and future bookings refused.
9) How to Cancel or Reschedule

Use your Fresha confirmation link or message us as soon as possible.

Please avoid cancelling by social media comments; use DM or your booking link to ensure we receive it promptly.
